A theater house manager oversees all front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth and comfortable audience experience before, during, and after the show. This includes managing staff, handling audience issues, and ensuring the venue is clean and orderly.

How to Get Started
Signing up to volunteer is easy with our partner, Ludus! Follow these steps to join our team:

Complete the volunteer application form with your basic information and select the roles you’re interested in.

Once approved, log in to your Ludus account to view and sign up for available volunteer shifts.

Note: If you’ve purchased tickets or donated to MAC before, your volunteer profile will be linked to your existing patron account. You can sign in with your email address

Complimentary Ticket Policy for Volunteers:
Each volunteer will receive one free complimentary ticket.
Complimentary tickets may not be used on the night you are volunteering.
If you plan to watch a performance on the night you are volunteering, you will need to purchase a ticket for that performance.
