Matt Powell
President
Matt Powell is a seasoned advertising executive with over 25 years of experience. As the CEO of Moroch, one of the largest advertising agencies in Dallas, he leads the firm’s efforts in scaling multi-location brands such as McDonald’s and Planet Fitness. Under his leadership, Moroch also partners with emerging start-ups like Houndstown and supports non-profits such as the Taylor Hooton Foundation. Beyond his corporate career, Matt is deeply committed to his family and community. He is a proud father of four, with two of his children actively engaged in the arts. He also serves on the boards of two non-profit organizations, the Pais Project and the MidCities Arts Collective, where he combines his passion for the arts with his faith-driven mission.

Tron Sutton occupies a unique space in the creative landscape, traversing boundaries between artistic production and youth development. His professional endeavors paint a compelling portrait of a multifaceted individual dedicated to artistic expression and fostering the next generation of creative minds. Artistic Director and Visionary Leader: Tron Sutton has served as the Artistic Director of Artisan Productions Inc., a role that exemplifies his commitment to artistic creation and leadership. Champion for the Arts and Youth Development: Beyond his artistic pursuits, Tron Sutton demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering the creative potential of young people. He is actively involved in initiatives that provide safe and stimulating environments for the younger generation to explore their artistic talents. A Life Dedicated to Creativity: Tron is an individual deeply invested in the world of creativity. His work as Artistic Director and his dedication to youth development in the arts showcase a multifaceted personality dedicated to artistic expression and nurturing the creative spirit in the future. Tron helped start 3 community theaters in Texas. He was owner and founder of Act One Children’s Theater and School in Grapevine.
Tron Sutton
Executive Director

Courtney Walden is a passionate advocate for the arts and education. A lifelong patron of theater, she believes in the power of storytelling to inspire, connect, and enrich the community. Her love for the stage deepened when her daughter discovered her passion for community theater, motivating Courtney to become more involved in supporting local arts initiatives. From Fort Worth, Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. She currently works as an educational diagnostician for a local charter school district, dedicating her career to helping students reach their full potential. In addition to her professional work, Courtney is the proud wife of a retired Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant and a devoted mom to two teenagers. As secretary of the executive board for Mid-Cities Arts Collective, she is committed to fostering opportunities for performers and audiences alike, ensuring that live theater continues to thrive in the community.
