
TICKETING POLICIES

No refunds or cancellations. All ticket sales are final.

Reservations must be made through the website.

If you need to change reservation dates, two business day’s advance notice is required and there is a $5 date change fee per ticket.

Season Ticket holders have one free date change per show.

All same-day date changes incur an $8 fee per ticket, including for season ticket holders.

Exchanges can only be made for another performance of the same production. We cannot exchange reservations for one production to another production.

MAC is not responsible if you miss a show or for limited seating choices. (Missed shows may not be applied to future shows.)

Unused tickets are not transferable to other shows.

All tickets will be digital only. We do not provide printed tickets. Please bring mobile confirmation with you to the performance.

If the Theater cancels an individual performance, you may either (1) reschedule, (2) donate the tickets, or (3) receive a gift certificate in the value of the tickets. There will not be any refunds.
If you should choose to purchase tickets from a third party, please be aware of the following:

We are not responsible or liable for tickets purchased through a third party ticket website or box office.

We cannot replace your tickets if they are lost or stolen.

We are unable to assist you if there is anything wrong with your order.

You will be responsible for contacting the third party seller if there is a problem with your tickets.

We do not guarantee that your ticket(s) are valid and cannot guarantee admittance.

We cannot contact you if there is any important information regarding your performance.

If your tickets are invalid and you still wish to attend the play, you will have to purchase additional tickets.

We cannot issue you a refund or an exchange under any circumstance and that includes if a performance is canceled.
ACCESSIBILITY ACCOMMODATIONS

If you use a wheelchair or other mobility aid, it is helpful if you tell us in advance whether you prefer to remain in your wheelchair, or if we will need to store your mobility device backstage during the show.

Please help us assist you appropriately by calling the theater in advance if you have questions or need special accommodations.
BEFORE THE SHOW

Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance. All seats are open seating. There are no reserved seats. You must be in your seat 5 minutes prior to the performance.

LATE-COMERS will be seated at the house management’s discretion, and may be assigned alternate seating or assigned another performance date.

MAC is not responsible if you miss a show. (Missed shows may not be applied to future shows).

DURING AND AFTER THE SHOW

No outside food or drink.

Please silence all devices that make noise.

Please do not use devices that emit light: they distract performers and other audience members.

Recording any part of the performance is not allowed. The use of cameras, recording devices, mobile phones, radios, pagers, etc. is strictly prohibited.

Please do not talk to your neighbor during the show.

Guests who need to leave their seats during the performance will be readmitted at the House Manager’s discretion. This may not be to the seat you were originally seated in.

Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in the MAC. Smoking is only permitted at least 25 feet from the building entrance.

MAC is firearms-free. Firearms, including without limitation handguns, shotguns, and rifles (whether concealed or openly carried) are prohibited on the MAC premises. See Penal Code sections 30.06 and 30.07 for more information in English and Spanish.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with MAC personnel and posted signs. Ticket holders expressly assume all liability for risk and danger incidental to the ticketed event. Your use of a ticket acknowledges your willingness to appear in photographs taken in public areas of MAC, its leases and others from liability resulting from use of such photographs.  Titles, artists, dates and prices are subject to change.
